Conflict Resolution is a free 10-week program designed for Stoughton Middle School students to learn to identify and manage angry feelings. Topics covered include alternate anger techniques, impulse control, stress management, and conflict resolution.

P.A.S.S. (Positive Action Stops Substances)Child writing with pencil.

P.A.S.S. is a 5-week evidence-based substance abuse program for youth who are referred for treatment as well as those who would like to work on challenges they face regarding substance use.

The program is comprised of two individual sessions by appointment and three group sessions. Participants will learn practical tools to help them remain substance-free and receive a certificate of completion.

Preteen EsteemGroup of confident children posing.

Preteen esteem is a group for fifth and sixth-grade girls designed to enhance self-esteem and aid in the transition from grade school to middle school. Topics covered include peer pressure, body image, self-esteem, going to middle school, and more.
