After Applying for a Permit

1.  You should occasionally log in to your account to check the status of your application. Permit applications are typically processed within 2 business days.

2.  After your application has been reviewed for completeness, your application status will change to either "ready for payment" or "waiting for additional information." You will receive an email regarding payment or additional information needed.

Note: All plumbing, gas and electrical permits will be issued automatically after payment has been received. For all other permits, after payment has been received, a review of the application will be required by all applicable departments. A permit will be issued after all comments (if any) have been addressed.

3. Once your permit has been issued, you can print it from your computer.
