ALL TRASH AND RECYCLING MUST BE SET NEATLY CURBSIDE BY 7AM ON YOUR COLLECTION DAY

The Sanitation Department is responsible for the collection and disposal of residents' trash and recyclables. Curbside rubbish collection is provided once a week to each residential address with three or fewer family units in town. Changes in schedule (holidays, etc.) will be advertised locally. Please note that Monday Holidays do NOT effect your regular scheduled trash pick up day as trash is only picked up Tuesdays-Fridays.

All leaves, grass clippings must be brought to the Transfer Station located at 100 Page Street, Saturdays only 8 am to 4 pm. No curbside pickup

All household rubbish must be bagged.  - NO LOOSE TRASH. BOXES MUST BE BROKEN DOWN

All rubbish that is not at curbside when the truck reaches that location will not be collected later.

Effective 10/1/2023, Large Items need to be paid for and scheduled for pick up. We also partnered with Recycle Coach, which is an app where you can learn about recycling, get your trash/recycling schedule, and schedule pick ups. The flyer with pricing info is attached below. Residents are allowed to bring white goods(appliances), recycling, and leaves to the Recycling Center 100 Page St on Saturdays 8am-4pm free of charge.   Their phone number is (781)341-9920. 

THERE IS NO LIMIT ON HOW MANY BAGS OR BARRELS YOU CAN PUT OUT. NO SPECIAL BAGS NEEDED.
