Note: This spreadsheet is fairly new and will not include older grants or new ones not yet submitted by Departments.

Here is the link to the Google Grant Information Form. A new form should be submitted for each new grant (or Earmark) requested. Information will automatically be uploaded to the Google Spreadsheet. Notify Pam McCarthy at pmccarthy@stoughton-ma.gov when there are any updates (i.e. grant request was approved or denied, award amount is known, project manager changed, etc.) to a previously submitted form.
