Stoughton DPW is partnering with Black Earth Compost to offer curbside pickup for a fee. They need 80 people to register in order to set up a route in town. The first 90 people to preregister will receive a FREE starter kit thanks to a grant from MassDEP. This is an optional program for our residents. There is a fee to have the service.
