Black Earth Compost has officially established a route in Stoughton starting in September. This is strictly optional and does require a fee payable to them directly. The Town of Stoughton will be providing a FREE starter kit to the first 90 people that sign up with them. This is due to a Grant received by the DPW from Mass DEP.
