Notice:

On August 15, 2025, Town Manager Thomas Calter organized the Climate Action Committee as a Town Manager Working Group.  That committee will make recommendations and propose policies through the Town Manager to the Select Board for its consideration.  The structure of the working group is unchanged from that of the Climate Action Plan Committee.  The group will fully comply with the conditions relating to town manager working groups.

Want to save on energy costs? Schedule a Free Home Energy Assessment  with MassSave.   See Home Energy Assessments | Residential | Mass Save

A Home Energy Assessment finds inefficiencies in how energy is used in your home. During the assessment, an Energy Specialist will identify energy-saving opportunities and help you access available rebates, incentives, and 0% financing.

One of the first steps toward better efficiency is weatherization, which includes upgrading your insulation and air sealing. Benefits of insulation and air sealing improvements include lowering heating and cooling costs by up to 20%.

Town Residents:   Please take a moment to follow the Link below and respond to our community survey regarding climate change.  Your input will help our Committee carry out its mission in addressing climate change.
  Thank you for participating.
