We have the most current Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood maps and many other plans on file that we will research to help aid you in determining if your property is contains a Flood Zone or and other Wetland Resource areas.

The Engineering Department reviews all site plans for all new residential construction. Please refer to the Residential New Construction application packet. Additional permits may be necessary through other Town departments.
