Yoga is a great way to exercise your body and mind and enjoy valuable exercise without strain or pain. Through a series of movements Yoga will allow you to use all your muscles to get stronger and more flexible. We have proven that you do not have to get down to the floor to enjoy the benefits Yoga. You will build useful muscles, practice flexibility with every joint and then enjoy relaxing at the end. Come join us on Wednesdays at 10:30. We know you will enjoy yourself.
