Rebecca received her Bachelor's in Social Work from Bridgewater State College in 2016. She began at the COA as a BSW intern while attending Bridgewater State. Rebecca continued working at the Council on Aging before becoming the Program Administrator for the Youth Commission and Council on Aging in 2017.
