Overview:
The Stoughton Planning Board is responsible for numerous matters related to community planning, development, and land use. The Board conducts studies on topics such as economic development, housing, transportation and zoning. The Board also has jurisdiction over the permitting process for subdivisions, site development, and projects proposed within the Stoughton Center Mixed Use Overlay District.
Meetings:
The Planning Board regular meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00PM. Additional meetings are scheduled as required. Check the Town Clerk's office and the Town meeting calendar for specific meeting schedules.
Master Plan Committee Web Site:
The consultants working with the Stoughton Master Plan Committee have created a web site to provide information to interested parties during the master planning process.
